CMI Price Increase Announcement: Underlayments

| Due to significant increases in raw material (polymer), freight, and overall production costs, Continental Materials, Inc. (CMI) will implement a nationwide price increase on all synthetic underlayment products. Current global tensions have placed unprecedented pressure on container transportation and logistics. While we are doing everything possible to mitigate these costs, the following adjustments are necessary to maintain the product integrity and service levels you expect from us. Price Adjustment Details • 7%–12% Increase: All Mechanically-attached Synthetic Underlayments • 5%–9% Increase: All Self-adhered Underlayments • Effective May 1, 2026: Price increase on all container shipments (regardless of order date). • Effective May 11, 2026: Price increase on all warehouse shipments. • Note: All prior price deviations are no longer valid. Freight and Surcharges Due to the rapid rise in fuel costs and global “war risk” insurance coverage, additional freight surcharges may be implemented as necessary. We remain committed to monitoring these external factors and minimizing the impact on our partners whenever possible.
