Continental Materials continues to keep you informed of recent developments regarding the US tariffs on imported goods that may impact your business.

As you may be aware, there have been ongoing legal discussions surrounding these tariffs, most recently at the Court of International Trade (CIT) and Federal District Court of Appeals. We are closely monitoring the situation.

For the time being, please be advised that there are no immediate changes to the current tariff procedures. Duties will continue to be collected as per the existing regulations base on the recent stay of the CIT position questioning the validity of the IEEPA tariffs.

We understand that this situation may raise questions, and we want to assure you that we are staying informed and will promptly communicate any changes that may affect you. The next key date to watch is June 5th, when further developments may occur following a scheduled hearing at the District Court.
